Does it have a 3 way valve witch feeds the fridge or the freezer, then often the relais or Transistor on the pcb is dead.

If it is a single circuit just fix it.

I freezer runs continuous, what temperature can it reach after 2 /3 hours? If not loiwer than -25°C, lack of gas.
It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

The fridge gets it cooling from the freezer from a baffle up the back of the freezer then into the fridge

That is correct but if the water hole is blocked, the evaporator is becoming a block of ice and prevent from the air to run into the food compartment.

My experience shows that by disconnect it from the mains, cleaning the defrost water passage and all the food remains from under the freezer bottom, would do the job.

Another mistake..............post domestic issues under Domestic, not Commercial.

That way the Domestic fundies will see it.........and probably assist
