Sharp AH-X10 BE fault
i have a sharp ah-x10 with a 14 fault code on the inside of the cover it tells me that the power factor module is a fault. i have contacted my supplier and they have asked me what is a power factor module and do i have more information. isnt it thier job to tell me the part number i require i have looked on the wiring diagram and cant see it. can any one help

Who's your supplier?
A retailer, a wholesaler, a general sharp parts agent, local sharp agent?
Active filter module (AFM) or Intelligent power module (IPM) are all I can think of. The AFM normally increases the voltage when needed from 320 to 380V DC, so could be the power factor module
AFM runs the entire DC system, IPM runs off that, ie the 3 phase to the compressor
