I have a problem with the freezer side of the refrigerator when the ice maker is in the on position water runs down the ice shute and most of the time the water remains in the shute and when ice is demanded a glass of water dumps firs in the glass and then the ice cubes start dropping. Also water flows just before the ice shute inside the freezer and freezes while dropping in the firs shelf under the ice shute. The water that remains in the ice shute slowly seeps out and fills the cup holder outside and overflows the drain pan and overfills and slowly water drops out on to the kitchen floor. Any suggestions would be greatly apriciated. My suspision is directed perhaps twards the defrost clock might not be working appropriatly.
