Refrigeration jobs in Ireland
Hey guys,
Just passed my 2079 F-gas and moving over to Ireland (Tallaght, Dublin) in about 2 months, but can not seem to find any work on the internet yet. I have been doing refrigeration for about 5 years, install then service on commercial stuff (Foster, Grams) and now doing supermakets. I know there is a chain of supermarkets out there called Dunnes, just wondered if anyone knows who is doing the refrigeration for them. Or if there are any firms recruiting?
Cheers!

Re: Refrigeration jobs in Ireland
Try;
Streamline enterprises,tipperary
Cross refrigeration, Dublin
Refrigeration solutions ltd, dublin
Anglo irish refrigeration, Meath
Very few places hiring at the moment, the industry here is different from uk in that supermarket contracts are maintained by a number of companies, no Tuping or whatever here. Have you thought of moving out of Dublin, cost of living is a bit lower and easier to get to calls etc...
DM me if you need any advice

Re: Refrigeration jobs in Ireland
Good luck with the job... Tough call to make who I'd apply to over here. Maybe try a smaller company... Anglo Irish are good to work for...

Re: Refrigeration jobs in Ireland
I have applied to all those companies now and not heard anything, so hard over here, really is. Would love it if Fosters were coming over here as i have years of experience on them but i looked on their website and their is no sign of them coming over.
If your still looking for work in UK then just sign up to Monster.co.uk and you'll have offers from all over the place, or just sign-up with agencies, plenty of them to choose from, good luck too!!

I've just got back from Dublin and i went to a quiz night in the local pub
The first question was "How do you spell Orange...?"
To which the contestants replied "The Fruit or the Colour...?"
