Samsung SR-S2028cvw

Hi Guys, some help PLEASE

I have a SR-S2028CVW when plugged in it cools to the required temp (-20 and +4) but something then happerns during the next 12-24 hours.
You come back to the unit and the freezer temp is flashing -20, you open the doors and both fridge and freezer are walm, its almost as if the defrost cycle isnt stopping??

You unplug from the wall to re-set and everything is OK again for a while.

I have unplugged and left for 48 hours but the same occurs again

Today out of desperation in case it was an iceing problem as detailed on many forums, removed the rear covers in the Freezer section but the fan wasnt iced up, more over i noticed the fan wasnt working at all????????????

Firstly does anyone have a service manual?? My e mail is dave@prodisco.biz

Secondly any idears on locating and fixing the problem??

Most common fault with these symptoms is open circuit defrost heater in fridge section
