Have a problem with this one. Unit is big around 3.5 metres
Is seperated in half, two sections, each side has its own condensing unit

But whole unit is operated via one Carell ir controller

The right hand side coil iced over. Someone on site messed around with the parameters.............The system now reaches 15 celcius and stays there.

Does not reach any lower thgen that

The system is brand spanking new, was bought by owner from some outlet in Bournemouth which went bust.

Hence no manuals or warranties.

Im intrigued that both condensing units are seperate, ie: plug into seperate electric power points, yet run off one controller

Does any member have experience of this unit? Do you have an operating manual for the Carell controller?

Any help appreciated.
