Beko Frost Free - Freezing!!

Hi guys, had a Beko fridge freezer for around 18-20 months now. Last few months Ive had to keep removing the fan surround from the rear of the freezer comparment to remove frost from around the fan as the fan keeps catching it.

Ive also had to remove frost from around the back wall.

The process I have to keep repeating and its so frustrating when the fan starts catching the ice and makes a really loud noise.

Any ideas on what could be causing this - is this something a none-techy can look into prior to calling out an engineer?

My FFA90 fan is the same - whirrrrrrrr thirrrr - must be the hot weather and the unit working overtime - solution - don't open the door (not much use is it!)
