Re: Chiller to AHU Pressure Problem
1st problem, you are writing in shorthand, makes it hard to read and understand.
Loss of pressure could be due to:-
Is the pipe sizing correct?
Is the pump running?
Is the pump rotation correct?
Are all of the valves open?
Is the water clean?
Are there any blockages in the system?Brian - Newton Abbot, Devon, UK

Re: Chiller to AHU Pressure Problem
You will always get system losses.
I would be more concerned if the flow rates weren't correct as this would lead to a loss of duty

is this a new plant or an old one that has this trouble for the first time.
some more history will help us to understand the situation, and will give better possible solutions for youre problem.
