high oil differential pressure

i have a problem in two air cooled chillers single screw compressor , two units ( 4 circuit ) trip at same alarm high oil differential pressure after ( 10 - 30 ) minuties
note : units are new ( under start up )
i hope to find help on site or manual by Email

Hi waseem,
You have not included the type of unit or manufacture.
But would suggest from limited information that the oil filters need replacing. Generally high differential limits are protecting the compressor from lack of lubrication.

Dear freind,
this problem might be cause of some diffrent items:
1) if you have plc control of the diffrential oil pressure check the alarm setpoint first and change it to maximum.
2) check the pressure sensors and be asured that they works correctly and calibrate.
3) check the oil type you are using.it must approved by manufacture.
4)check oil pipe and pass in compressor body and filter situation.
5) if all of above steps passed and problem remaind please replace the oil filter
