Samsung RSE8JPUS Water and Ice Problem

Can anyone help me with this as Samsung are utterly hopeless!

My Samsung RSE8JPUS is producing ice automatically - that's good ...

But it's not dispensing it or any water. When I press the dispense button there's absolutely no response whatsoever. I was therefore surprised to see it was actually producing ice, but it would be more helpful if it could actually dispense it (and water too).
