Does anyone know the name/contact details for a supplier of Cyclops Software, which I believe is used as a service program.

Hi Chemi, Not the cyclops he is after. this is software / service management tool. Call logging/ allocation / invoicing / spares and stock management. uses Hp ipac's and bluetooth phones as a field data entry tool.
???? Dont know who supplies services though. Anybody got the info from RAC 05, they had a stand.it's only a fridge, fix it. ;)
