Perfect picture, when I read your thread title my first thought was IMI/Qualitair/Marstair.
Wasn't far out I think; often found then tucked up around the crankcase heaters.Brian - Newton Abbot, Devon, UK

Though it was a new energy saving measure to save having to use a crankcase heater
