Foster blast chiller food probes
just had a price on theese,£200 each,anyone got a cheaper way round the foster part.

the food probe on the recent blast chillers is a NTC 10K probe, try Hawco or Tempatron Ltd. its a right angle stab stainless stab probe that you are after

You could try Thrmofrost Cryo. I bought a Dixell XB500 controller (the same one is fitted to some Foster chillers albeit with less options and with a different cover) and the probes were about £45 for the insert probe and a fiver for the evaporator one.

sorted chaps thanks, just for referance, RPW,now FSW or something have bought out a cabinet wholesaler and do all the major names, probes were £75 instead of £200.i hate foster].
