Urgently looking for pressostatic 2 way valves for R410A
I'm looking for 2-way pressure actuated water regulating valve, suitable for R410A (42 bar).
Danfoss has got the VWR range, which is too small for my application. I'm looking for water side connections up to 2".
Anyone any hint?

What about these-

Johnson controls do a bellows type, but think it's only up 11/4 screwed 11/2 flanged-

Might be worth contacting Danfoss just to make sure they can't help you..
Or you could always split the pipework & put more than 1 in...Last edited by Gingerair; 11-06-2010 at 05:21 PM. Reason: Magumba magumba...

May I offer acouple of alternatives.
In the past when I required large valves, I installed a pressure transducer, PID controller and modulating valve. Seimens for example.
Or (plant specific) have a perminent minimum flow and use a smaller valve to control remainer of flow via pressure.

Hi No Nick Name
The jc v264 has an Adjustable Operating Point from 13.8 Bar(200psi) to 27.6 Bar(400psi)
The Maximum Refrigerant Sensing Element Pressure is 43.4 Bar(630psi)

Or as Mad Fridge said, you could split the water pipework & just use 1 valve.
Have seen systems before with the pipework split for 2 valves & the operating points staggered..Last edited by Gingerair; 12-06-2010 at 12:47 AM. Reason: Mi dispiace..

thanks Gingerair. I'll look into it. I'm afraid it's not available in the EU, but I will call JCI to make sure.
