    york ycaj44mr7

has anyone had problems with a discharge transducer not giving the correct reading on the display.
iv'e got one system working ok but the other just gives a reading of 6bar whatever the pressure ,the transducer is ok iv'e proved that by plugging it into the other system.
no info or wiring diagram on site as usual.

is the transducer on a shcrader valve sounds daft but if the valve isn't operating correctly there is a small possiblity that the pressure is being restricted.
Another point to look at is the transducer cable as they operate on a resistance value if the cable is starting to break down it will afect the resistance value giving you incorect values, you can confirm this by shutting both systems down going for a cuppa (always worth while) during this time the pressures should be around the same in both systems put your gauges on to double check, then compare the resistance between the transducers or dc voltage drop hope this helps

either the connection to compressor is blocked (is it panel mount or on the compressor?); or the input on the board is ****ged, did you try the good transformer in the "bad" input?
