I suspect dirty tubes but could use some reassurance, My evaporator psi is higher than normal and my head psi is higher, any other sugestions?

Sounds like a fair assumption assuming that you are talking about the water pressures on the evaporator.

By evaporator psi do you mean the pressure diff across the evap or high suction pressure.
If you mean both suction and discharge are higher pressures. Then check out your condensing unit.
There could be an issue there?
