Pilot operated bypass
Guys, I'm pretty new in here...I have a system where there is a pilot operated solenoid valve fitted as a bypass between evaporator inlet and outlet..the pilot line is led from the expansion valve before the evap..any ideas why such a solenoid valve?? I feel that this bypass valve could result in liquid refrigerant coming to the compressor suction...whadya all think ???
What do you think of 2 DX type AHUs sharing the same condensing unit?? Any special care to be taken when one AHU is not running?
