york s7 compressor / motor alignments

Can any one tell me how to get a procedure for alignment of the motor and compressor, I think you have to do a slight misalignment for thermal growth. not sure, any info would be great

    Thanks

    For proceedure try-

You'll have to check with the manufacturer for any required thermal growth values, otherwise align couplings, run unit to achieve operating temp then re-check alignment, compare with cold values & make adjustments if you feel necessary..
