Ice build up on the air conditioning high side

hi
just had a samsug mini split installed. worked fine for about 2 days. when i turned on the unit for about 5 minutes i noticed that it was only blowing hot air, when i check the out side unit the small copper line was covered in ice the bigger copper line was warm. i turned the unit off for about 10 minutes and then on again it did the same thing. what could be causing this problem.

system is undercharge ckeck for leakage.check for trace of oil on the tail.between evap and condenser pipework.and all flarenut.All the best.

Get the installers back to check it over.
