RefComp can not start

Hi we have onboard a ship a RefComp waterchiller.

It is a RefComp SRC-S 305 (2 x screw compressors)

We just made oil/filterchange on it and now we can not start again.

We hav following alarms and we can not reset.

48 L1 Probe fail
48 L2 Probe fail
48 H1 Probe fail
48 H2 Probe fail

While we were changing the oil/filters we had the power breaker off.

Now after we put the breaker on we have these alarms.

How can we get this Refcomp up and running again ?

There is probably an alarm reset in the control panel, or you may have to access the maintenance program to allow you to reset these.

The lp and hp transducers are not seeing any pressure, open the liquid solenoids briefly to get pressure up to 1 bar and alarm 48 should go.

I have it up and running now.

It was impossible to manual reset these alarms. According to the manual the alarms has automatic reset.

The suction and discharge valve was fully open, but i still had the alarms.

Then i connected a small hose from the lubeoil filling valve to a service valve just before the thermostatic exp valve. I let in a little pressure to the compressure via the oil filling valve and then the alarms disappered.

After that I was eable to start without any problems. Its running fine now..
