I am looking for a repair manual for a side by side fridge freezer, type Amana Model no SDR522VE I am a HVAC technician but have very little experience with domestic fridges, if any one can help i would really appreciate it

You'll be lucky to find any kind of manual for a domestic unit I'm afraid.

most of these I have seen are based on the Maytag/Admiral/GE set up and I think if you get a book on the Maytag most others will follow I think I downloaded one years back but it's long gone I am affraid

Hi I bought and downloaded manuals for Amana side by side units on Ebay just type in Amana manual and you'll get to a US seller called yuliyag; they are a few pound a download. If that doesn't help try giving me the details of the problem and I may be able to help you as I am an Amana/Maytag specialist.
