help needed

Hi all, hope you can help me?
I have a fridge freezer that only required a defrost heater and 2 new door gaskets, fitted those parts now only half the evaporator freezes up.
i flushed the system and found that there was alot of oil mixed with the flushing liquad, fitted a new drier and recharged the unit (134a), after 2 days the same thing happens again , only half the evaporator freezes up, could the compressor be faulty?

have you checked it for leaks?
is it reaching temp?
are the door seals correct?

yip gaskets ok
no leaks
temp in freezer -18 and 9 in fridge
