R413a
Hi all
Just a quickie
Have just been to a new customer, a dairy firm and found that one of their old cold stores has just ( I think) been retrofitted with R413a in place of R12. Now I thought that 413 contained R22. Can any one confirm this please?
Also can any one suggest a legal alternative gas for an old Prestcold recip/Searl DX system please.
Many thanks.

Re: R413a
Just answering my own question, have just found the following information. R413a is a blend of R218, R134a and R600a and so is legal.
