    Taylor 754-33 Mix Temp

I have a Taylor 754-33 air cooled soft serve unit. The mix temp is running too warm on both sides. When I reduced the temp on the left side, the "Mix Set Point" light came on. I do not get this light on the right side, when I do the same. Can anyone explain the set point light.
I would also love to get my hands on a copy of the service manual for this machine, if anyone can download for me.

    The book:

You might want to call a refrigeration engineer (serviceman). As you'll see in the book worn beater bars could be the problem. You won't save a pile of money trying to fix it yourself. Taylor does have schools. Your choices not to make your problem worse by twisting on things :-) is either call a trained person or spend the dough to become said trained person.
