Hoshizaki Question
Can someone help me decode the m/n and s/n to determine the age and size of this unit?

Well the Hoshizaki website has a document dated 1995 that has reference to that unit no. (Well done Google)
Have you tried the manufacturer for info?

If you need to find the age of a Hoshizaki machine just get the serial number. It starts with a letter and then five numbers. The letter is the year of production eg A 1990-91 B 1991-92 and so on
