cooling duty of beer

confirm the calc
beer 5000 Litres
needs to cool from 25>10 = 15TD
time allowed =48 hours (max)

1321 gal x 8.4 lbs = 11,096lbs x 27fdegrees = 299,592 btu's /48 =6,242
