Its called High\Low pressure control with manual reset.

You need the advice of a professional refrigeration engineer to check it and see what makes it trip after defrost.

High evaporator load after defrost trips that switch.
Therefore some electronic controllers have function to stop fan after evaporator temperature reach 2°C or more.

    What controller is there?

Hi! I'd definitely get a fridgie in to give it the once-ova. In the old days a crank-case pressure regulating valve helped lower pressures after a defrost (secondary to reducing compressor load), but with most small systems these days with solenoid pump-down and a fan delay after defrost it's not really necessary. Goood Luck!
