Typical air changes in the cold stores
i AM LOOKING FOR THE TYPICAL AIR CHANGES IN THE COLD STORE BLAST FREEZERS. I HAD SEEN SUCH A TABLE BUT NOT SURE WHERE IT WAS?? IT IS NOT THE FRESH AIT , BUT THE AIR CIRCULATED IN THE COLD STORE ITSELF THROUGH EVAPORATOR COILS? HOW MUCH IT SHOULD BE - TYPICAL FIGURES!

I have in memory that air speed at product should be 5m/s. Above that is not economical. Below that, freezing time is higher.

Let me go through this article. Yes even that 5m/s velocity is right. But we are talking to one consultant & these issues are coming up.
