Blast freezer construction doesn't start with condensing unit. It finishes with it.

HSN7471-75 is a Bitzer Semi Hermetic Screw Compressor. You still need an evaporator, condenser and all the necessary equipment and controls to make it work.

This compressor can give 44.4 Kw at -45 Deg. C suction and 40 Deg. C Condensing with R 507A, based on 10 K suction superheat and liquid subcooling.

So, you should be able to pull down 12000 kg of Sardines from 12 Deg. C to -25 Deg. C core temperature in about 14 hours.

Freezer room size should be approximately 5 X 4 X 3.2 meter high to accommodate product and evaporator, with neccessary fans and false ceiling
I am not always right, but I'm never wrong!
