CDX Aircon with Heatpump-Diagnostic Codes

Installed CDX Aircon with Heatpump 18H53R230C3(a4) which ran briefly when started then stopped responding to controller after 15 minutes evaluation & trialing.
Powered off. Waited a minute. Powered on. Got a list of diagnostic codes from indoor unit.

Relay clicks on, fan motor runs, louvre moves.
All symbols light up + 88 on display
52 with '2' flashing

Shuts down, fan motor stops, louvre self parks, display goes off.

Looks like an orderly start-up with selfcheck that fails and then the unit shuts the system down.

R410a system, appears gas tight though is gassed to 7m but pipe run is around 11m [possibly the root of the problem].

Would be nice to know what the codes are though!
Not in manual, supplier doesn't know but emailed manufacturer [China]. No answers after a week. No web or other address to contact.

A full list of this unit's diagnostic codes would be appreciated if anyone has one.

Little point in manufacturing a unit with self diagnostics if the codes are not released to suppliers & techs, unless, of course, they're industry standard.

That is same as Galanz. I think they are manufactured by Chigo. Try search their site.

Thanks very much for info. Spot on. Talked to supplier this morning who advised unit is a Galanz and I'm pursuing diagnostic codes from their chigogroup.com site.
I'll publish the codes here if/when I can get hold of them, to help any others who run into the same trouble.
