Unidentified Electronic Refrigeration Controller

Hi guys,
Can anyone help with instructions for an electronic controller possibly out of an Autonumis bottle cooler? .
Only id is 'S800'. Probably of far-east manufacture?

Takes a NTC probe, off cycle defrost, 230v supply., 10A relay.
Missing probe gives 'LL' display; pressing and holding SET gives access to E1 - E5 parameters.
E1 is set point low limit
E2 is set point high limit
E3 ? might be hysteresis?
E4 ?
E5 ?
