Re: discharge pressure relife valve opening
Hi measure the temperature across the heads, the hottest one may have broken discharge valve or blowen gasket

Re: discharge pressure relife valve opening
relief valve is damaged. pressure to open the valve? high pressure switch must first open

Re: discharge pressure relife valve opening
hi govin, your comp.high pressure from discharge chamber does not run away to discharge line. Though your discharge service valve stem is fully back seated, if not moving valve inner device, then relief valve will be opened. check your service valve properly.

Re: discharge pressure relife valve opening
Check the rating of safety valve.
Since if it opens up at the given setting , it means pressure indeed is high . Have your presure gage (hp) checked up . Instead check why hp is shooting up ; find reasons .
Besides check the safety valve for leak on its seat .
