air cooled condenser size calc????

HI frns,
Can any help me to calculate total length of an air cooled condenser required for 1 TON water chiller.
Heat Load of chiller = 3.5kW
Condensing temp.=50 degC , evaporating temp.=5 degC, R407C gas, condenser tube dia.=9.525mm copper tube(plain) with aluminium fins,

secondary fluid(water) details:
inlet water temperature=20 degC
outlet water temp. = 15 degC
temperature difference = 5 degC
water flow rate =10 LPM

Please do as Des told you to but remember to add the compressor watts to the total heat removed.
