    Munters

Anyone have some info on the process of how industrial dehumidification units work. We have a Munters Integrated Custom Air Handler with a ammonia cooling coil. The part of the process I don't fully understand is the "reactivation" stage.

Desiccant can absorb certain amount of moisture. To restore it absorbtion ability, hot air will be blown through this desiccant.

Segie has got it in one, the wheels are treated with chemicals that absorb moisture, tha moisture is disipated with the exhaust cycle. You will have to re-activate the chem thing regularly in the wheel components.
