R-500 refrigerant replacement

We Have 3 large capacity york chiller that works with R-500 and we'd like to replace the refrigerant with an available ones.
I appreciate if anyone tell me about alternatives and if any other changes in the chiller should be occure.

Our chillers are old models with 940 ton capacity. They Work with Centrifugal compressors.
I don't understand what does "open drives" mean. Can you explain me more?
