Amperage Adjustment for Taylor c713
3 c713's. Current Flovors are 3 Tarts, Chocolate, Vanilla and Cookies N Cream. Amperage setting was 5.6-5.8 for all 3 machines. Had a beater overload issue with the plain tart and Vanilla. Had a "comp on too long" message on Chocolate. Adjusted amperage to 3.8 on the tarts and 4.8 on the Choc and Cookies N Cream. Now product is too soft. Adjusting draw rate does not help. What is optimal amerage setting?

Re: Amperage Adjustment for Taylor c713
motor nameplate current + 5-10% for compensation on hot area, would be the optimal setting.
