Dual Usage of reefer container

Can we use a 40ft thermoking reefer container (Magum with scroll compressor) with R404a gas for transportation of

1. Ice cream at -25 C
2. Margerine at +4 C
3. Choclate at +18 C

We intend to use the container for Ice cream in one trip and on the way back the same conatiner will load the margerine or choclate.

Does positive temperature and negative temperature usage have negative impact on the life of compressor?
