Carrier Chiller 30XA1202 Alarm

dears,
i've an alarm in the panel of my Carrier Chiller model : 30XA1202 which reads ( electrical box interlock or electrical thermostat failure) and as a result the chiller does not start.
please advise what action to be done?

this alarm related to flow switch.check the flow switch.

I don't know if it Helps but the manual I have say's this -

Control box poorly ventilated

or poor electrical connection

have you checked the phasing on the incoming power to see if it has changed from the original configuration?

As in the last post, check your phases and also that another unit is not been fed from the same power supply causing a voltage imbalanced.
We had the same problem where on start-up; the customer was using a generator to give a temporary power supply to the chiller. In the building if the elevator motor turned on it would cause a slight drop in power and the chiller would trip on the same alarm.

hi im raj i have problem 30gx267 chiller. power off the through control switch for maintanace.then 4days after i turn on control switch i getting alaram 31 and 19 scpm board not responding what is the reason any body help me?scpm board led red light blinking and green light not blinking
