    Unhappy CityMulti on BACnet

I do have 3 black BACnet boxes on CityMulti. No G50 or GA150. Everything on X-cite IQ3; 963 supervisor. So, I can't get fault codes.

Question: how to collect fault codes from Mitsu BACnet controller on Air Con side?

Any free software, or for reasonable price?
/I can't open outdoors, and here ne PAR-21/.

    Thank You

    P.S.: I haven't design system, client cut on GA150

    Re: CityMulti on BACnet

As far as I know, fault codes are not "passed on" through the a BACnet gateway, can you nott connect a par27 or Monitor Tool PC somewhere on the system? If you cannot "open outdoors" how will you repair the fault if it is an outdoor unit problem?

you can get the fault codes from the LCD display on the outdoor unit if the Bacnet device is a BACHD150 you can connect a m-net tool to it. Or get the trend contrioller set up to bring the faults thru the controller will be able to do this.
