Cool BEKO side by side problem

I have a beko ab910 side by side ff, the fridge is set to 4C, the freezer -18C, problem is the top 3 shelves of the freezer is approx 10c and the bottom of the freezer is - 12c, the fridge is the same kind of thing the top is approx 10c and the bottom is 2c, if anybody has any technical literature it would be greatly appreciated or if anyone can help it would get the missus off my case,

Sounds like the fan in the freezer is not working
    Or
The evaporator and the drip tray is blocked with ice, this will stop the air flow around the freezer and the fridge.

checked it out properly today, (finally a day off, hey i ain't complaining ) took the cover off at the top of the freezer and there was the fan not moving an inch, wouldn't mind but the fridge is less than 2 years old, cheap s**t. thanks for the advice, the one thing about this trade is no matter how much you do or think you know you are always learning.

Re: BEKO side by side problem

Hi Guys, having an error code flash up on the same f/f. The code is E0 freezer compartment sensor error (open or short circuit).

Is this the same problem as mentioned above re. the fan, or is it another problem.

Any ideas how I can fix it ?
