Flower storage box setup @ 58'f application?
Has anyone done any type of flower storage box installation/setup?
I have a customer requesting a 14'x7'x7'6 (LxWxH in feet) which he's calling his "desiccation chamber" that he will be fitting with an external rotary desiccator system to store flowers in and be around 58'f. I don't know what type of flowers he will be storing as of yet. Do you guys use low velocity coils for this type of flower storage application? and I thought you would want more humidity in this type of box but a desiccation setup would Remove humidity??
One wholesaler quoted me a Trenton
TEHA009E6HS2BB 3/4hp R404
+25'F sst / 95'F ambient: 8,610 btuh
With a Trenton coil spec of
TPLP209MAS1BR6
+20'F sst / 10'F td: 8,600 btuh 2,020cfm
Another wholesaler quoted me (haven't received all the specs yet) so all the info I have as of now is,
A 3/4hp outdoor Cond. unit R404 with a 6,800 btuh single fan @ 650cfm rating which he is calling a low velocity coil.
A one 6,800 btuh @650cfm will cool this 14'x7'x7'6 box?
Thanks for your inputs....
