    Smile questions for split AC repairman skill match



    Below is the questions for split AC repairman skill match , for your reference:
    #1 One 2hp heat pump AC is found the following problem:
    pressure of 3-way lower pressure check valve is 10bar at cooling operation; the reading unchanged while turning to heating mode. The current of compressor checked by clamp current meter is 12.2A. The discharge pipe is hot and the temp like to be more than 90℃.Condenser intake and suction pipe is warm . try to analyze the problem and how to fix it.

    #2 one KF-25GW AC ,the wire connecting panel is 3 positions . The outer unit panel marked with 1,2,ground.. It’s known that the compressor’s operating coil is 4 ohm,,starting coil is 6 ohm;fan’s operating coil is 100 ohm,starting coil is 200 ohm. What is the DC resistance between 1 and 2.(fan and compressor are started by capacitors)

    #3 there are 10 same bottles without any label in a 25℃ room. It’s only known that there are empty one,r12 one,r22 one etc.(more than half filled if with refrigerant in). suppose there are any tools you required in the room. pls specify each bottle’s content.

    #4 one just decorated house installed with 1 drive 3 AC with DX coil . one main unit drive 3 indoor FCU. It distribute air with 1000x200mm air grille. There found some water lines from wall to floor which is caused by condensate from air grille after a few hours operation. The user complains. If you’re sent to solve the problem, how will you do to fix it?

    #3 you can use p/t chart and pressuer gage to known and specify each bottle’s content .
    1- determined the pressur of each bottle.
    2- room temp. is 25
    3- in left col. search for 25.
    4- go to left to read pressure go up read r11,r12 .....ect.
