wireless thermostats
Sorry if this is easier than I'm making it out to be but I'm a refrig. tech and doing a/c because it's there. I had a problem with a 7 1/2 ton combo unit located on roof that suppies heat/cool for common area and 6 small restaurant customer washrooms. The original contractor located t/stat at end of hall where the other end of hallway is back outside door. It is not anywhere near conditioned spaces. Solid ceiling and walls so re-wire to move is out. I changed out to White Rodgers wireless base unit and centrally located single sensor unit. So far...everything great. Now customer wants to use solution to cure similiar problem in 2 other areas. Do they make multiple units that use different frequency settings so 1 won't pick up another's signal?? They are so new to this area parts counter not sure and just wanted to ask " pros " out there if someone has comre across this before. Thanks much for any advice.
Don't leave it like you found it.....Leave it like it should be !!!

Re: wireless thermostats
these units come with 10 different selectable frequencies so you choose a different one so no interferience fro other unit

Re: wireless thermostats
Thanks, freezetech, for the help. Tried to get factory support to answer but seems I stumped the poor guy who took the call. That's when I started to worry !!! Have a good one.
