return air , please help me,!!!

Hi, friends !!!
i have an room which just need 18000 btu/h !!!
But i use 21000 btu/h .
Now i have problem , the temp is alway lower than the set temp !!! (ex: i set temp at 23 the room temp will be 21 ) so,can i fix this problem ???

If it is an inverter then most units will go to lowest running power, for one degree past set point, before switching off. Best option is to set a slightly higher temp.

Hi your rating of your AC is just a number at one point, you may be getting more or less depending on many factors.
I would say just turn up thermostat by 2C (it may just be a calibration issue) When testing control temps you must have thermometer in the same place as AC thermostat sensor.
If AC is way to big, you tend to find the the room will have very high RH.

the sensor of remote and return air is the same at the temp set in remote . but the temp of room is lower than 1.5 to 2 deg !!!

If the return air is warmer than the room it is because the return has picked up the load from the room.

More details as to the type, location and airflow around, from and back to the unit would be useful.

Hi, friends !!!
After have a full tracking with my VRV3 system i have some parameter :
-The set temp = 23 deg (the temp want to set for the room)
- the return air temp = 23 deg
- the remote sensor temp = 23 deg
- The temp of room = 21.5 deg ????
What were happen ?
our group had tried our best to fix this problem ....
ex :- setting to use only remote sensor
-change remote position
-check all the sensor
but it seem not have any effective .

What happens to the room temperature when to increase the control temperature by 2 degrees?

when i set the time of room = 24 deg
The remote sensor temp = 24
the return air sensor = 24
And the temp of room is maintain at 22-22.5

Your main problem is that the A/Cis to big for the area being conditioned keep setting the temp higher till you are happy

The unit is over sized. Not only temperature will go down humidity also will increase. Best thing is to change the air quantity to suit your requirement then the thermostat can take over to modulate within a range.

With what instrument you are measuring that temperatures? Is it calibrated?
Or you are giving us temperatures of unit thermistors read from remote control and actual room temperature read from some measuring instrument.

It looks to me that your measuring instrument is off by 1.5°C

Turn the fan speed down to the LOWEST you can select. This will mean less air circulation so less output from the unit.

particulary useful if the unit is oversized.
