Fault 052 and 055 Carrier 30GTN100--C620

Hello,
Carrier 30GTN100--C620 with ComfortLink Reciprocating Liquid Chillers keep having fault T052 (Circuit A, Compressor 2 Failure) and T055 (Circuit B, Compressor 1 Failure) we had the service teach from factory came and could not find any thing wrong, and the fault came couple of times in a day, vendor suggested to upgrade firmware to increase percentage voltage imbalance.

hi wally,this alarm will occur due to the high discharge pressure,loss of charge and fault cpcs board.note the DP at peak time. Being affect the both circuit,i think due to the high discharge pressure.
