how can I be so sure about proper distribution of liquid injection or expansion in evaporator side(plates) of economizer concerning to so many plats? is it neccessary to use of especial part or not?
Thank u in advance for advice.

Maybe Tichelman principle can be applied here.

Re: proper distribution inside plate evaporators?
For a small brazed unit used as economizer, distribution is pretty much self regulating. For larger PHE evaporators, a distribution tube is mounted inside the (lower) liquid connection to ensure liquid is injected into every passage.

Re: proper distribution inside plate evaporators?
I have seen injection tube used on large PHE however I gon"t know how to calculate hole sizes. I think this would be fairly critical.

Check this manual page 97.
However, dimensions are not given but you could call Alfa Laval technical support and ask if they have ready made products.
