    calculation errors



    Hay
    The primary data;
    Fast freezer for mushrooms

    500kg/6h in cartoon boxees 600 x 500 x300mm
    T initial=4*C T final =-30*C
    Enviroment temp 32*C constant
    Insulation polyurethane thickness=120mm
    I use 3 diferent programs for this calculation & i got 3 different
    results 1 Q=15.10kw /-35*C
    2 Q=18.59Kw/-35*C
    3 Q=13,9Kw/-35*C
    How about it ?

    Simple,I put the same data in all 3 programes.Why you ask ? .The result are not good ?.

    The differance is too big.

    What programs did you use and what is the size of the room?

    height =3m
    result 1 cooltool (demo version)
    result 2 coldroom
    result 3 Scelte
