Exclamation Mycom Compressors - Metric or SAE

My company has just recently started work on ammonia systems, specifically hockey rink ice systems. All the rinks we have are running mycom 8 cylinder compressors . Having mostly done commercial work only, i want to get a larger socket set (3/4 or 1 inch drive) and was wondering what sizes are required with mycoms? I know most of the work i do is in SAE but seeing as mycom is a japanese company, are they using metric parts on these compressors? It is very easy for me to get an SAE-only set, but i will have to order one in if i need to get a metric only, or combined metric/sae set.

    any help would be great

Metric bolts are used on all compressors manufactured after April 1979.

The only large socket needed for a mycom recip would be the flywheel .

I would suggest 3/4" drive set to do job if you were to buy anything .
