Vapac FMD101 boilers
Can any one tell me if there is a easier way of fitting a new vapac boiler with the drain fitting on the side I always have to use about half a tube of silicon to stop the water leaks and most times have to change the drain pump at the same time due to leaks, it all relies on poxy o rings, it some times takes me up to 2 hrs to change one.

No, I've always found the O rings pretty good as long as the housing are in good condition.
I would suggest getting new fittings, drain outlet etc, and trying again.Brian - Newton Abbot, Devon, UK
