try some insulation in the walls, or your insulation is wet, or there is something between the inside + outside skin and its tracking across that knock it down and start again

Re: condensation on outside walls of freezer

The presence of moisture or condensation on the walls outside is a clear indiction of the insulation being to thin or wet (I believe the latter), sometimes the joints inside the room haven't been sealed properly letting moisture in, the defrost cycle doesn't help as it tends to cause the air to expand and force moisture into the insulation (if no relief port is installed), the unit will be working harder as the load is increased, its a big job to dry out the insulation and seal it all back up again.
